RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

You may return unopened items within 14days of delivery for a full refund.We will also pay for the return shipping cost, If the return is a result of our error(if you receive an incorrect or defective item.)You must notify us within 2 working days. However items like Hijabs, Turbans, Hijab caps/under-cap, perfumes, are non refundable or returnable.To be eligible for a return your item must be unwashed, unworn, with no perfume, it must be in the same condition that you received it, with it's original packaging.

 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the items we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14days depending on your bank.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped  Monday- Saturday only.Most orders will be shipped same day or within 24hours from the order date.Orders placed  on sunday  and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.Estimated delivery time, assume orders are placed before 4pm (EST) ships same day from the United States, may take 3 to 5 business day standard shipping for delivery.We do not offer express shipping at this time.The good news is shipping is FREE for all orders. However returned items due to the above conditions. Customer will be responsible  for paying shipping costs for returning items.Shipping cost are non refundable.
